Tobey A. Blackhurst, 53, of Shippensburg, passed away Thursday, March 20, 2025 at his home.
He was born on November 29, 1971 in Midland, Michigan, the son of Bruce Blackhurst and the late Constance Lee (Baer) Blackhurst.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Fogelsanger-Bricker Funeral Home & Crematorium, Inc., Shippensburg. There will be no public viewing, visitation, or service. Burial will be private.
