Robert E. Naugle, Sr.

Robert E. Naugle, Sr., 67, of Shippensburg, devoted follower of Christ, entered into the presence of the Lord, surrounded by his loving family, on the morning of Monday, March 23, 2026.

He was born on March 2, 1959, in Chambersburg, a son of the late William E. and Lois B. (Heberlig) Naugle, Jr. Bob and Diane L. Crouse were married on August 29, 1981 in the Christ United Methodist Church, Shippensburg.

He and his brother Bill, owned and operated their long-time family Chrysler dealership, Naugle Motors, Inc., where he daily served our community and the families who worked there. Bob was a dedicated husband, father, and grandfather. Nothing was more important to him than his family, and he served God through his steadfast support of them. Since 2011, Bob has worked at Shively Motors in Shippensburg.

In addition to his wife of forty-five years, Diane, he is survived by his son, Robert E. Naugle, Jr. and wife Brooke L., of Shippensburg; his daughter, Stacey M. Naugle-Mowery and husband Joshua R. of Shippensburg; five grandchildren, Jonas S. Mowery, Olivia F. Mowery, Luke R. Naugle, Ben R. Naugle, and Madelyn G. Mowery, all of Shippensburg; his brother, William E. Naugle, III and wife Lory B. of Chambersburg; and several nieces and nephews.

Bob was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral services will be private.
