Madeline Catherine McBeth

Madeline Catherine McBeth, 76, of Walnut Bottom, passed away on Wednesday, January 28, 2026 at the UPMC Carlisle Hospital.

Born Tuesday, March 22, 1949 in Philadelphia, she was a daughter of the late William Frederick and Catherine Elizabeth (Goloff) Bilger.

Madeline was a member of Our Lady of the Visitation Catholic Church, and a member of the Branch Creek Senior Center, both in Shippensburg.

She is survived by two daughters, Eleanor Darrenkamp, and Catherine Rollins; two sons, Robert and Shawn Darrenkamp; one brother, Joseph F. (Sherrie) Bilger; one sister, Kathleen E. Diehl; eleven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald E. McBeth; and three brothers, William, Robert, and John Bilger.

Funeral services and burial will be private.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Fogelsanger-Bricker Funeral Home & Crematorium Inc.
