Lucy J. Linn

Lucy J. Linn, 90, of Shippensburg, passed away the morning of Monday, September 22, 2025 at Laurel Lakes Rehabilitation & Wellness Center.

She was born on Saturday, February 23, 1935 in Oakville, a daughter of the late Isaac E. and Emma J. Site Staver. She married Miles K. Linn on September 17, 1967.

Lucy was a faithful member of the Oakville United Methodist Church and worked as a seamstress at the former U-Wanna-Wash Frock Company in Shippensburg. She enjoyed putting puzzles together and cross-stitching.

In addition to her husband of 58 years, Miles Linn, she is survived by one daughter, Susan A. Hutchison of Shippensburg; two granddaughters, Wendy S. (Michael) Cramer of Newburg, and Terri R. (Dave) Kunkleman of Shippensburg; three grandchildren, Alexis (Devan Rhodes) Cramer, Cameron Cramer, and David Kunkleman; and one great-grandson, Luca Rhodes.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Elizabeth Singer.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 9, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at Fogelsanger-Bricker Funeral Home & Crematorium, Inc., Shippensburg. Burial will follow at Parklawns Memorial Gardens. A viewing will be held Wednesday, October 8, 2025 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home and one hour prior to the service on Thursday.
