Johnny E. Haines

Johnny Eugene Haines, 81, of Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully at his home on Monday, May 26th, 2025.

Born on April 4, 1944, in Keyser, West Virginia, John was a beloved husband, father, and Pappap whose quiet strength and steadfast love were the heart of his family.

He is survived by his devoted wife, Stella; his two daughters, April and Jenny; his sons-in-law, Gerald and Richard; and his four grandchildren, G.W., Grant, Hope, and Madison, each of whom brought light and joy to his life.

John will be remembered for his gentle spirit, his kind heart, and the deep care he showed to those around him. His legacy lives on in the family he cherished.

In keeping with his wishes, no services will be held. The family kindly requests that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to your favorite charity in John’s memory.

He will be deeply missed and forever loved.
