Eric Mrozek, 63, of Shippensburg, passed away on Sunday, February 1, 2026, at the Chambersburg Hospital.
Born Thursday, September 20, 1962, in Uniontown, he was a son of the late Joseph Matthew and Norma Jean Sherank Mrozek.
Eric loved football and was an avid fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers. He enjoyed traveling and driving to multiple states to visit family and friends. His passion was the many cars and vehicles he owned in his lifetime. He was also very passionate about music. He loved to sing and listen to music.
Eric was a kind and caring man with a good heart and always strived to remain humble. He reveled in the fact that he could always make people laugh, and he did just that.
He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Denise M. Swieczkowski Mrozek; two sons, Eric Joseph Mrozek and Matthew Joseph Mrozek; five grandchildren, Destiny Marie Mrozek, Nevaeh Renee Mrozek, Nikolai Mrozek, Natalia Mrozek, and Rowan Mrozek; three great-grandchildren; three brothers, Joseph Matthew Mrozek, Jr., Jeffrey Mrozek, and Brian Mrozek; and two sisters, Sharon Marie Rogers, and Michele Mrozek.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Rudolph and Mary Mrozek, and Catherine Moyer; and great-grandmother, Catherine Sheranik.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, February 14, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at the Greenvillage Family Restaurant located at 5440 Philadelphia Avenue, Chambersburg. Please dress casual.
