Doris M. Foust, 85, of Orrstown, passed away the afternoon of Friday, September 11, 2020 at her home.
She was born Thursday, June 6, 1935 in Chambersburg, a daughter of the late Clarence E. and Edna Shadle Sollenberger.
Doris started her working career in the offices of various different car lots. She later went on to retire as a supervisor for PennDOT. She enjoyed riding horses and loved to cook and bake. In fact, Doris was well known for her excellent baked goods at Foust Auction. She was also a member of Salem United Brethren Chruch.
She is survived by her son, Robert L. (Anita) Foust of Upper Strasburg; daughter, Cheryl Runshaw of Orrstown; granddaughter Megan Foust-Flory; and great grandchildren, Tyler Ann, Lily, Dalton, and Aiden.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Harold Sollenberger; grandson, Robert L. Foust, Jr.; and son-in-law, Donald Runshaw.
Funeral services and burial will be private.
