Darcy A. Clever

Darcy A. Clever, 63, of Shippensburg, passed away peacefully on the evening of Saturday, October 11, 2025 at her home with her loving family by her side.

She was born on June 5, 1962 in Chambersburg, a daughter of James K. and Zenith C. Rosenberry Reed. She married Rodney G. Clever on February 4, 1983.

Darcy was a 1980 graduate of Chambersburg High School. She enjoyed going to casinos, attending concerts, especially AC/DC, drinking margaritas, and loved playing cards with family and friends. Traveling was one of her greatest joys, and she cherished the memories made from her many trips. Above all else, she valued time spent with her family.

In addition to her parents and husband, she is survived by one son, Kyle R. (Barbara) Clever of Chambersburg; one grandson, Quinton Clever; one sister, Lindy (Curtis) Maxwell of Shippensburg; and two nieces, Stephanie Johnson and Angie Johnson.

Darcy was preceded in death by one sister, Sherry Johnson.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Fogelsanger-Bricker Funeral Home & Crematorium, Inc., Shippensburg. Per Darcy’s wishes, there will be no public viewing, visitation, or service.
