Bernadette Dais

Bernadette Dais, 65, of Shippensburg, departed this life on the evening of Saturday, May 24, 2025, at her home.

She was born on November 26, 1959, in Lorain, OH, a daughter of Nathaniel J. and Geraldine (Killings) Dais.

Bernadette as a homemaker throughout her life. In her free time she enjoyed fishing, drawing, knitting, riding bicycles, and music. Bernadette liked music and putting together stereo system components. She could fix just about anything. Bernadette was known for her wonderful sense of humor and positive personality. Above all else she loved and cherished all of her grandchildren who she thought of as her prized possessions.

She is survived by four children, Michael, Mitchell, Brandi, and Brandon Dais; and seventeen grandchildren, Michael, Maliyah, Maiya, Mylah, Mauzi, Maziah, Kody, Kamden, Erik, Mya, Jeremiah, Mariah, Sophia, Keon, Keiara, Rene, and Marcus; several siblings; and many nieces and nephews.

There will be no public viewing, visitation, or funeral service. However, there will be a memorial service held at a future date and time.

The Fogelsanger-Bricker Funeral Home & Crematorium, Inc., Shippensburg, has been entrusted with her funeral arrangements.
